RE: ONBOARDING SMM CLIENTS

The onboarding process takes time, a lot of time. I know you're eager, but I believe in creating with intention and that requires intensive planning and a continuous creative process. 

​

Generally speaking, SMM clients will take on average 30-60 day processing time with deliverables dispersed throughout this period. 

​

A discovery call will be made first where we discuss the goals and needs of the brand. Next follows planning, research and moodboarding in order to create the brand concept and voice. Scheduling for photography/content curation will follow suit with a 3-4 week processing time on photos/content to begin feed curation.

 

After 30 day feed curation is approved you have the option to post feed yourself or our team will post for you along with captions if service was added on. We always recommend waiting for a 12 grid set to be up before starting any sponsored ads in order to receive the highest acquisition rate.

RE: PHOTOGRAPHY PROCESSING TIMES

Currently, processing times for portrait sessions are generally from 30 - 45 days, with half the deliverables being dispersed throughout. This timeline may fluctuate, please communicate any time sensitive concerns.

RE: OFFICE HOURS

​

M - F from 10am to 6pm. If requests are received over the weekend, unless time sensitive, it will be looked over the following business day.

RE: DEPOSITS

​

All deposits made are non-refundable, I value my time just as much as I value yours. Any deposit made is a hold on my time, if for any reason you must cancel your appointment your credit is still valid to be applied to a new session.
